About Us
Portable Provisions, LLC is a boutique full-service corporate catering and events company, specializing in fresh, seasonal and inventive New American cuisine utilizing regional, sustainable and eco-friendly materials. Established in 2018, Portable Provisions has catered for 1000+ companies and private clients throughout New York City and beyond. In addition to food services and events, founder/Ceo Kat Alexander collaborates with retailers on brand strategy, product development and beta testing for specialized retail products and customized gifting programs in the culinary space.

All food preparation and baking are done on-premise at our fully renovated 1840's townhouse facility, which includes a full commercial kitchen (as featured on TV Food Network’s Chef Bootcamp), 85-person event space and dining room, organic garden and private courtyard.
​We are a proud Korean-Jewish female owned and operated small business (3rd generation NYC born and raised!) that celebrates, supports and practices cultural diversity and inclusivity.
